  Nice pub. Food is the usual pub grub. Tasty enough. It's a Wetherspoons pub. Nothing wrong with that. Some good local ales. Overall, very good for what you pay.

  Absolutely brilliant. Top drinks, top food and top prices. And the kids love it. Supper and drinks (dad drinking a pint) for one adult, one teen and two kids - £20. Where else would you get that.

  Having been a regular customer with many friends we are very disappointed in change of menu. This year we have lost Roast Dinners! A firm favourite and only place some folk could afford. Now we hear we will not even be able to get Christmas Dinner!!! Today I find we now cannot even get a corn on the cob!! So many meals have spicy stuff and sauces. I would also draw your attention to the fact that twice we received chips which were cooked in stale oil. I am also disgusted when I see your staff failing to tie back long hair which freely flowed as she served food from the kitchen this is basic food hygiene. Weatherspoons used to be a really nice place to meet with friends and enjoy a very reasonable but good meal for the price. So whereas before I would have rated you very good, you have now reached bottom!! I really do trust on my next visit there will be improvement as even the drinks need improvement too especially cappuccino/latte.
